This circuit trek boasts its great ambiance of tea-houses. Whilst the Annapurna Circuit trek is one of the most visited trekking routes in the country, Manaslu can certainly be the alternative to the Annapurna trek. Some consider it to be the innovative bridge, some consider it to be the best off-beaten route, Manaslu certainly fancies those who are up to the luxury trip and budget trip.

March, April, and May are the best seasons for this trek. Since October is the busiest time of the year, we don’t recommend you to trek in October. With not so many people and a great climate, March-May offers you magnificent beauty all around the trip. The snowy season doesn’t fancy many visitors due to fewer accommodation facilities. Because of the heavy snow, most of the lodges and tea-houses remain closed until early March.
It is not possible for anyone to trek this route without a permit, though! A permit through a registered trekking company is a must. It is strongly recommended that you take a guide with you for the trip. The guide always comes in handy when you want to know more about the place and the people living there. The altitude of the whole trip starts from Arughat (approx 700 m) to approx 5100 m, with various changes in the climate, ranges of temperature, and tremendous changes in temperature, Manaslu pass(larke la pass) is also considered to be one of the tough passes of all the passes in Nepal. The eye-catching view of Mt. Manaslu (8163m), tea lodges on the lap of the Mountain, and Lakya La pass are the main features of this remote trek.

But strongly recommended that people will low health status shouldn’t go for the trek, as the trip goes higher there is the unpredictable tremendous change in the range of the climate which makes the trip very challenging for those with low health conditions.
