Muktinath helicopter tour begins from Pokhara, and then we will land in Jomsom. There is another route from Kathmandu as well to fly over Muktinath. You may have the scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, and you also get an opportunity to explore Pokhara valley for a while. After landing in Jomsom, you can visit around for a while.
