Everest Expedition

Today we will have leisure period of time in Kathmandu. If you want to utilize this period of time then you can explore the cultural heritage of Nepal which has been enlisted in world heritage like: Kathmandu Durbar square, Pashupatinath, Swyambu and Boudhnath. And rest of the time you have to do arrangement for your further journey.

Early in the morning we will have scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. After landing off in Lukla we can experience the dramatic hills and peaks around the airport. We will do some arrangement and packing in Lukla before we head towards Phakding. Phakding lies at the elevation of 2840 m and we will spend overnight there in proper lodge.

Namche Bazaar is a beautiful town and the capital Khumbu region. Trek up to Namche bazaar is a bit difficult. We have to cross the suspension bridge twice through the bank of Dudh Koshi. Similarly we have to climb steep track about two hours to reach Namche Bazaar.

Today is rest day and acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. Today we will visit around the Namche Bazaar and explore the beauty of it. Guide will help us to roam around the beautiful market around bazaar. Not only visiting but also we can experience the culture of the local people. We can also visit to Tourist Visitor center near to the Headquarter of Sagarmatha National Park from where we can witness numerous species of vegetation and experience the Sherpa culture as well.

We continue our trail from Namche bazaar to Thyangboche. We move ahead through the beautiful villages and can experience steep climbing track to Thyangboche. During the trail to thyangboche we can witness stunning views of panoramic peaks like Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam.

From Thyangboche our next destination is to reach Dingboche. During the trail we will experience the Chortens and Mani walls. What makes this trail more exciting is the path of dense rhododendron trees and suspension bridge. After walking an hour we will reach to Pangboche village which is the best point to witness Ama Dablam peak. Again we have to cross a river and continue our trek through the Imja village to reach beautiful farming village of Dingboche.

We will have acclimatization session in Dingboche of four days. We will have a walk around the hills to acclimatize the altitude. Similarly we can also check our health condition before heading towards base camp. For best acclimatization we will have pleasing walk to Pheriche and back to Dingboche.

We will experience the steep track during the trail towards Lobuje. We will come across through Dugla and from here the track is steep to climb but after walk of about two hours we will be in Lobuche.

Now we will be moving towards our home for the next six weeks. While we move towards base camp we will experience several tea houses in Gorak Shep. We will also experience the Khumbu Glacier and Khumbu Icefall when we come closer to the Base camp.

These two days are for rest and preparation of trekking. 

We will have long walk and hike towards the Everest from day 19 to 64.

We will be at base camp with all team members. After having adventurous trek now we will be prepared to return back. Before leaving the base camp we will have sanitation program around the base camp area.

We will again return to Namche Bazaar through Dingboche and Thyangboche having pleasing walk.

Trek to Lukla.

We will fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu valley through domestic flight. We will return to guest house. Adventure White Mountain will host a small cultural program at evening for the successful expedition. 

Today you will have rest day at Kathmandu Valley and Farewell Dinner.

Our representative will take you to Tribhuwan International Airport for your flight to your home.
