About Enter the Dragon

Enter the Dragon is a historic place filled with ancient Bhutanese culture and tradition. Experience of ancient monasteries and shrines makes the visitors feels like they are in heaven. Spectacular Dragon Kingdom with the breathtaking view of natural beauty and snow covered mountains. Explore the spectacular landscape of Paro valley and hike up to legendry Taktsang Monastery to experience the Bhutanese tradition and culture. This interesting tour can lead us up to the capital of Bhutan, Thimpu where we can experience the best sights and the monuments with craftsmanship of the Bhutanese people. Likewise, on the way to Dragon we follow the route towards Punakha, where many historical, religious and cultural sites are visited.

Arrival at Paro through the air flight and completing the Visa formalities we are guided to Paro town for Lunch. After finishing the lunch, we explore some of the famous places like Ta Dzong, once a clock tower and Ringoung Dzong, first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan, which was built in 1646. And driving one hour towards the Thimpu, modern capital of Bhutan, to check in Hotel.

    After breakfast in hotel, we head towards the National Memorial Chorten, built in honor of third King of Bhutan. Visit to Folk Heritage Museum, gigantic Buddha statue and Motithang Mini Zoo makes our tour more exciting. Experience of Bhutanese culture, old textile, and artifacts. After enjoying all day long, we drive back to Paro for overnight at Hotel.

      We have to leave early in the morning for hiking up to the historic Taktsang Monastery which is also called Tiger’s Nest. It may take about 2 hours to reach the view point name cafeteria from where we can enjoy the spectacular view of monastery. Experience of day to day lifestyle of Bhutanese people and drive to Kyichu Lhakhang one of the oldest and most sacred shrine in Bhutan.

        After breakfast we catch the flight to the Airport.
